BBQ Fundraiser: Bringing the Community Together for a Great Cause
Team Hulk recently hosted an unforgettable 3-day BBQ fundraiser in Albuquerque to support the IncredAble Adaptive MMA Program at Jackson Wink MMA Academy. This incredible event was packed with good music, great friends, and mouthwatering food, all for a meaningful cause. The atmosphere was electric, and the sense of community was palpable, as everyone came together to enjoy a fun-filled weekend while making a difference.
The event was led by none other than Jonathan “Mississippi” Burnett, our talented pit boss grillmaster, who wowed the crowd with his legendary BBQ skills. From savory smoked brisket to tangy pulled pork, guests indulged in delicious plates while soaking up the lively vibes. The BBQ fundraiser was more than just a feast for the senses; it also raised critical funds and awareness for the IncredAble Adaptive MMA Program, which provides invaluable opportunities for youth and teens with physical and environmental challenges.
We were honored to have local boxing and MMA legend Holly Holm join us in support, along with many of our friends and partners who made the event possible. Huge thanks to Jackson Wink MMA Academy, Denovo Smokeshop, 3D Kutz Barbershop, ABQ Web Works, and Walmart for their incredible generosity and commitment to our mission. Their support is what helps keep our programs thriving and impactful.
